Notes:
- 2002-O2 This slide had a vast amount of crystaline structures (possibly sand) that disturbed the identification process. There were many cyanobacteria of the Oscillatoriaceae family that could not be clearly identified to the individual morphotype
- 2002-O3 Morphotypes characterized by being dark refractory were the most abundant in quantity. Species in this slide were also unusually long.
- 2002-O4 This sample had the most abundance of cyanobacteria out of all the sample sites analyzed.
- 2001-O1 This sample had an unusual amount of nostoc colonies.
- 2001-O4 This sample had very few cyanobacteria
