BATHYMETRY

The data in this section was collected by Jeffrey Schmok in November 1995 and used for bathymetry, including some GPR (ground penetrating radar) data on Lakes Vida and House, and on Canada Glacier. The raw GPR data is in files with extensions *.hd and *.dt1 which is the format used by PulseEkko and can be read or translated into SEG-Y format for use by most geophysical processing programs. This section contains all the field data and processing files used to prepare the Golder report on the bathymetry of Hoare, Fryxell and Bonney, as well as all related files. The files are organized in a directory structure based on the names of each site, then \GPR-PE for field data, and \GEOSOFT for the processing. Other sub-directories include \DOCS with all documents, \GIS with old data, \GPS with all of the available GPS data.
